About the Role
Responsible for protecting MITSTRIKE LLC and clients' organizational information systems and assets from cyber-attacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access. This role requires strong technical background, as well as an understanding of current security threats and mitigation techniques.
A suitable candidate must have any of the following certifications: CCNA, Security + or Bachelor of Science degree.
Requirements
Monitor network security systems for signs of intrusion, data theft, or other threats
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities in networks and systems.
Develop and implement security measure to prevent and respond to cyber-attacks.
Perfrom security audits and analysis of security logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
Stay up-to-date with latest security technologies and threats, and recommend upgrades to security systems.
Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations to determine the root cause and potential impact of of incidents, attacks and problems.
Collaborate with cross-function teams, including IT, legal, and HR, to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees and stakeholders.
Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular security assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing.
