About the Role
A marketing associate is a key member of MITSTRIKE LLC's marketing team, responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as creative and analytical mindset. The Marketing Associate will work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as with sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
The minimum education requirement for this position is a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. A strong candidate with associate degree may be considered.
Requirements
Conduct market reserach to identify treands, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Create and manage content for socila media, email marketing, and other digital media platforms.
Design and produce marketing materails, such as brochures, flyers and presentations.
Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials.
Analyse marketing metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with media and industry partners.
