About the Role
The Procurement Manager at MITSTRIKE LLC will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s business goals, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Develop and manage procurement strategies and plans to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
Manage the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Analyze marketing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, evaluations and risk assessments.
Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Contribute to the long-term procurement stragtegies and plans.
